DARRA ICT vision 2020 visualizes a modern organization in Northern Periphery.  The vision is the guideline for organizations strategy and devel¬opment work.

DARRA partners have decided that the transnational ICT-vision for Northern Periphery will cover the following themes: ICT infrastructure, ICT and citizens, ICT and businesses, ICT and governance and ICT and 3rd sector, non-governmental organization and voluntary organizations. National and regional development plans and development views have been taken in account when designing the vision and by analysing and combining the collect information ICT vision will cover very largely the development needs and aspects in Northern Periphery. These development aspects and views together with vision are and will be promoted extensively in project region during the project. DARRA project invites all the interested parties to take part in this work.
